As previously announced, the team has informed initial investors in the existing AIV token that the migration will proceed, and AIVPay (AVP) tokens will be provided as a replacement.
Regarding this, if any migration recipient prefers to receive the old AIV tokens instead, please submit your opinion to the team’s official email by October 15th.
If no opinion is submitted by October 15th, all recipients of the old AIV token migration will be migrated to AVP tokens as a replacement.
[AIVPay Token Distribution Notice]
Existing AIV token migration recipients will receive AIVPay (AVP) tokens as follows, so please refer to this:
1. Total number of tokens to be distributed: 7,437,329 AVP
2. Number of wallets receiving tokens: 117 holders
3. Number of tokens per holder: Each holder’s AIVPay (AVP) token distribution quantity will be equivalent to the amount they were entitled to receive from the migration of their old AIV tokens.
4. Distribution Schedule: AIVPay (AVP) tokens will be distributed over 7 months as follows, with the corresponding percentages of the total amount each holder is to receive:
2024.11.10: 5% distribution
2024.12.10: 5% distribution
2025.01.10: 5% distribution
2025.02.10: 15% distribution
2025.03.10: 15% distribution
2025.04.10: 25% distribution
2025.05.10: 30% distribution
This vesting schedule for AVP tokens is intended to prevent distortion of the token’s market value and to promote the long-term growth and stability of the project, for which we kindly ask for your understanding.
Of the initial investors who participated in the project’s pre-sale (IDO), except for 5, it has been confirmed that the remaining 117 holders have not sold a single token to date.
The team is well aware that the holders targeted for AVP token distribution have not sold a single old AIV token and sincerely support the project.
Nevertheless, to ensure the successful growth of the project alongside the holders, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the vesting schedule outlined above.
The team is doing its utmost to protect the initial investors of the project. (Short-term traders and market manipulators are excluded.)
